BETA is in good condition, and from a smoke-free home. BETA cassette is complete and free of mold. Case has normal wear, and splitting at edged of spine ends. There is 1 typed sticker titling the movie on the front, 1 typed title sticker on the spine, and a rental log from The Video Station on the back. Due to storage, signs of  minor wear are visible. BETA is untested. See actual photos of items above.
